Job summary

BMO Capital Markets is seeking a Summer Analyst for a 10-week program designed for undergraduate students transitioning to finance careers. You will be assigned to an Investment Banking product or industry group, participate in training, and network with bankers across levels.

The internship serves as an entry step toward the full-time program. The program emphasizes hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to corporate finance activities in a dynamic capital markets environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program, graduating Dec. 2028 or Spring 2029.
• Interest in investment banking.
• GPA of 3.4/4.0 or higher highly preferred.
• Outstanding academic achievement, leadership experience and peer recognition.
• Demonstrated leadership attributes in work, school, or community.
• Excellent analytic, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills in a demanding team environment.
• Proactive, resilient and positive attitude; able to work in teams.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
