Job summary

BMO Capital Markets is seeking a Summer Analyst for a 10-week program designed for undergraduates between junior and senior year. You’ll be assigned to a product or industry group in Investment Banking, gain on-the-job experience, and participate in a week of training.

The program serves as an entry point for the full-time IB track. You'll work on debt and equity financings, mergers & acquisitions, and financial advisory across industries, with mentors and networking opportunities built in.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program, graduating in Dec. 2028 or Spring 2029.
• Interest in investment banking.
• A preferred minimum GPA of 3.4/4.0.
• Outstanding academic achievement, leadership experience and peer recognition.
• Demonstrated leadership attributes in work, school, or community.
• Excellent analytic, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills used within a demanding team environment.
