Ideal candidates are rising juniors/seniors pursuing CS/IT degrees, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern AI tools. Requires commuting to Reston office two days weekly.

Qualifications

• Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and their supporting systems.
• Ability to research problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to collaborate with teams to meet client needs.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Claude.
• Experience with agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Kiro.
• Must be able to commute to Reston, VA office 2 days a week.
