Job summary

United Launch Alliance invites motivated undergraduates to join as a Supply Chain Intern in Colorado. You will support senior professionals in creating procurement documents, preparing quotes and proposals, and coordinating with engineering, quality, and finance to manage supplier risk.

You will gain hands-on experience, shadow operations, and contribute to projects within the aerospace sector while pursuing a relevant degree and maintaining academic eligibility for Summer 2027.

Qualifications

• GPA requirement of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior professionals with procurement specifications, work statements, and terms for procurement of materials and services.
• Prepare RFQ and RFP packages.
• Assist with bidder conferences, analyze supplier proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, and create subcontract documents.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and finance to mitigate supplier risk and resolve issues.
• Shadow day-to-day operations and contribute to larger projects in the aerospace business context.
