Job summary

United Launch Alliance is offering a Supply Chain Intern position in Centennial, CO. You will gain hands-on experience supporting procurement activities, RFQ/RFP preparation, and subcontract management.

You will shadow senior professionals across engineering, quality, and finance, learn compliance with FAR and ITAR, and develop skills in MS Office, SAP, and Power BI. Requires active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in business-related field, minimum GPA 3.0, and ability to commit 10 weeks in

Qualifications

Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale at the time of application.
Must have a valid driver’s license for certain internship locations; Denver, CO is recommended.
Active pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Acquisition, or related field and plans to enroll Fall 2027.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP and Power BI knowledge preferred.
Strong presentation and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with development of procurement specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for specialized materials and services.
Prepare RFQ and RFP packages.
Assist with bidder conferences, evaluating supplier proposals, and subcontract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with FAR and internal ULA processes; ITAR awareness.
Coordinate with engineering, quality, and finance to mitigate supplier risk.
Shadow senior professionals and support day-to-day operations in the aerospace business context.
