Job summary

Lakeville Area Public Schools is seeking Summer Adventures Lead Instructors for the 2026 summer program. Six openings are available at multiple Lakeville elementary schools, with 8-hour days and 32 hours per week, plus some Fridays. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $31.12 per hour, depending on experience.

CPR/First Aid certification is required, and a B.A./B.S. in Early Childhood Education is preferred. Dates run June 5 through August 28, 2026, with some holidays closed.

Qualifications

• Develops and implements age-appropriate theme based curriculum that aligns with the Minnesota School Age Indicators of Progress.
• Works directly with large and small groups of children in planned activities across multiple settings (classroom, cafeteria, gym, playground, field trips).
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification is required or preferred as noted.

Schedule/ Hours:

• Program Dates - June 5through August 28, 2026.ClosedJune 19 & July 4
• 8 hours per day.Shift start and end times vary by building
• 32 hours per week plus some Fridays
