Pacific Life Insurance Company in Omaha, NE is offering a Summer 2027 Actuarial Internship. You will join a Fortune 500 financial services team, work on diverse actuarial projects, and gain exposure to modeling, risk management, pricing, and valuation.

You will receive mentorship from executives and peers, participate in hands-on projects, and complete a structured summer program with professional development and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

Completion of at least 1 Society of Actuaries exam is required.
Pursuing an undergraduate degree majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Actuarial Science.
Ability to problem solve and demonstrate leadership.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Desire to gain more experience in the actuarial field.

Responsibilities

Create dashboards to visualize data and support actuarial analysis.
Contribute to Rider Analysis, Cash Flow Analysis, and tooling for efficiency.
Participate in project rotations across Modeling, Risk Management, Product Design, Pricing, Valuation, and Reinsurance.
Engage in networking events, mentorship sessions, and learning activities.
