Job summary

Unknown company is seeking an enthusiastic student for a data-focused role in Woodridge, IL. You will assist in collecting and analyzing data to support the material database and ERP/PLM systems, and work with cross-functional teams to organize and set up data.

• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with project management experience.
• Solid PC skills including spreadsheets, database management and word processing; Power BI is a plus.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Assist in collection and analysis of data to support material database as well as ERP and PLM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to organize and set up data.
• Support the development and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements and program management tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Enrolled student working towards a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; experience with project management.
• Strong PC skills including spreadsheets, database management, and word processing; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and complete tasks within demanding time frames with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong numeric and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with good project management, organization, and planning skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range of $20.00 to $23.00 based on student grade classification.
