Job summary

Enterprise is seeking an energetic Management Internship in the Olympia, WA area. You’ll be paid $20 per hour and work full-time (40 hours/week) for a 12-week program with two start dates: May 17, 2027 – Aug 6, 2027 or June 14, 2027 – Sept 3, 2027.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across fleet management, customer care, and marketing strategies while collaborating with peers. You’ll complete intern projects, compete with peers, and may qualify for performance incentives and referrals.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled in full‑time Bachelor's degree program expected to graduate between July 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Able to commit to 40 hours/week for a 12-week program starting May 17, 2027 or June 14, 2027.
• Attend a College/University in Washington state.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 civil moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not required now or in the future.

This position offers hourly compensation of $20 per hour.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) 12 week program with 2 round options: May 17th, 2027 - August 6th, 2027 or June 14th, 2027 - September 3rd, 2027 ( Dates are non-negotiable ).

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled in a full time Bachelors degree program for the upcoming semester at a college or university set to graduate between July 2027 - June 2028.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be able to to work 40 hours/week and make a 12 week commitment beginning either May 17th, 2027 or June 14th, 2027, depending on academic calendar.
• Must attend a College/University in Washington state.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
