Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Spring Management Internship in the Sumter area. You will rotate through tasks that mimic full-time professionals, learning management, customer relations and marketing strategies.

The paid internship runs 10–12 weeks, requires 25 hours/week, and starts February 5, 2027. Ideal candidates are college students with relevant experience and a strong work ethic seeking real-world leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current college/university student graduating with Bachelor's Degree in May 2027.
• Must have 6 months of sales, customer service, marketing or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with minimal recent moving violations.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to start February 5, 2027 and work 25 hours/week for 10–12 weeks.

This Spring Internship offers compensation of $17 / hour and is located at an office in the Sumter area.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Current college\\university student graduating with Bachelor's Degree in May 2027
• Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction(DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be available to start Feburary 5th, 2027 and have the availability to work 25 hours per week for a 10-12 week commitment
