Job summary

Enterprise is seeking students for a paid Management Internship in Monroeville, PA. From day one, you’ll gain real-world business and leadership experience by tackling challenges alongside full-time professionals in a team-based environment.

The Summer 2027 internship runs May 17, 2027 to August 6, 2027, with a $17.00/hour rate for a 40-hour week. You’ll work on projects, develop skills, and compete for performance incentives and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a Junior or Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program set to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be able to start in our orientation class on May 17th, 2027 and work until August 6th, 2027.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales. (examples: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry. Leadership: military, athletics/team activities or community, social, or academic organizations.)
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop management skills and take on projects similar to Management Trainees.
• Learn to manage a fleet of vehicles, assist customers, and support marketing initiatives.
• Engage with peers in friendly competition and seek performance incentives and referral rewards.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This is a Summer 2027 paid internship that would be located at one of our offices within the Monroeville, PA 15146 area. The hourly rate is $17.00 / hour for a 40 hour work week. The internship will begin on May 17th, 2027 and end on August 6th, 2027.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
