Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a Management Internship in the Augusta-Aiken area. The paid internship lets university students gain real-world leadership and business experience, working alongside full-time professionals in a team-based environment.

You will develop skills in fleet management, customer service, marketing, and relationship building while completing intern projects and potentially earning performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Current college/university student graduating with Bachelor's degree in December 2027 or May 2028.
• 6 months of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be available to start May 25, 2027.
• Must have the availability to work 40 hours per week for a 10-12 week commitment

Responsibilities

• When you join our Management Internship Program, you’ll quickly learn what it takes to run a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• During the internship, you’ll complete intern projects and may compete with peers; you may be eligible for performance incentives and referral rewards.

This Internship opportunity is located within our Augusta-Aiken market and may support branch locations throughout Augusta, Evans, Grovetown, Martinez, Thomson, North Augusta, Aiken, Graniteville, Warrenville, Columbia County, Richmond County, Aiken County, and surrounding communities across Georgia and South Carolina. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the greater Augusta-Aiken region, with consideration given to the candidate's residence and proximity to available locations.

Pay for this position is $17 / hour.
