Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a Summer Management Internship designed to build leadership and business skills for university students. You’ll tackle real-world challenges alongside our managers, learn fleet operations, customer service, and marketing strategies in a team-based environment.

This paid internship pays $16 per hour, runs 10–12 weeks, and places you in York, PA area offices. You’ll complete intern projects, compete with peers, and have opportunities for performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be currently a Junior (rising Senior) graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to start in our Summer Intern Orientation Class on Monday, May 24th.
• Must be able to commit to a 40/hour per week schedule for 10-12 weeks.

This Summer Internship offers compensation of $16 / hour and will be located at one of our offices within the York territory.
