Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Spring Internship designed to accelerate career growth within our Management Training Program. This paid internship will start at $16 per hour and is based out of our York, PA branches: Roosevelt Ave., Queen St., and Whiteford Rd.

Interns work in a team-based environment and learn to manage a fleet, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies. You will participate in intern projects, compete with peers, and may qualify for performance incentives and referral

Qualifications

• Senior graduating with a Bachelor's degree no later than May 2027.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop management and leadership skills by working on real projects across departments (fleet management, customer care, marketing, and relationship building).
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Participate in a paid internship with a clear path to Management Training Program.

Our Spring Internship is meant to expediate your career growth and serve as a head start on our Management Training Program - you'll go through the same training that our full-time Management Trainees do, giving you a 3-month head start on graduating from our program and advancing in your career! This is a paid internship starting at $16 / hour and will be located out of one of our York, PA branches:

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
