Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in York, PA offers a paid Management Internship for university students to gain hands-on business and leadership skills. From day one, interns tackle real challenges alongside full-time professionals and trainees, learning to manage fleets, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies.

The program provides a 3-month head start on our Management Training Program and includes a paid internship starting at $16 per hour at York, PA locations such as Roosevelt Ave., Queen

Qualifications

• Must be a Senior graduating with a Bachelor's Degree no later than May 2027.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Manage a fleet of vehicles and take care of customers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition.
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Our Spring Internship is meant to expediate your career growth and serve as a head start on our Management Training Program - you'll go through the same training that our full-time Management Trainees do, giving you a 3-month head start on graduating from our program and advancing in your career! This is a paid internship starting at $16 / hour and will be located out of one of our York, PA branches:

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
