Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in the Waco, Temple, and surrounding areas. You will gain real-world leadership experience while supporting fleet operations, customer service, and marketing initiatives.

Must be a senior graduating in 2027 with a bachelor’s degree program, and have at least three months of related experience. Compensation is $18 per hour, with full-time 40-hour weeks from May 24, 2027 to August 13, 2027.

Qualifications

• Must be a Senior graduating by August or December 2027 and enrolled in a full time Bachelor's degree program.
• Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and business skills during the internship by rotating through core teams.
• Gain experience in managing a fleet of vehicles and delivering excellent customer service.
• Assist in marketing strategies and building relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in performance incentives and referral rewards.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
