Job summary

Enterprise Holdings invites university students to a paid Management Internship in the Round Rock, Cedar Park, Austin, San Marcos area. You’ll work full-time (40 hours/week) from May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027, earning $18 per hour and gaining hands-on leadership experience.

You’ll learn to run a fleet, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies while collaborating with peers in a team-based setting. Eligible interns may receive performance incentives and referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating by Aug/Dec 2027 and enrolled full-time in a Bachelor degree.
• Minimum three months of sales, customer service, management or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug/alcohol conviction on driving record in past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Residence in Round Rock, Cedar Park, Austin, San Marcos or surrounding area.

Responsibilities
