Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a paid Management Internship in the Waco area. The program runs May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027, with a full-time 40-hour work week and pay at $18 per hour. Interns will gain hands-on experience in running a successful business, customer service, and leadership development.

Qualified students must be seniors graduating in 2027 and enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program, with real opportunities for long-term career growth after graduation.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating by August or December 2027 and enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• US work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must live in Waco, Temple, or surrounding area.

This position is located in Waco (76706), Temple (76502), Killeen (76549) and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications
