Job summary

Enterprise Holdings invites rising college seniors to join its Management Internship in Springfield, MO, offering paid experience at $14 per hour. The program runs for 10–12 weeks, with training beginning in May and exposure to practical management tasks across customer service, marketing, and fleet operations.

Interns work side by side with professionals, gaining leadership skills and real-world business insights in a team-based environment located at one of several Springfield offices.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time for upcoming semester, with graduation date no later than May 2028.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with start in May

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and business skills by handling real-world tasks within Enterprise's Management Internship.
• Assist in managing a fleet of vehicles, customer service, and marketing initiatives.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers.

This Summer Semester Internship offers compensation of $14/hour and will be located at one of our offices in Springfield, MO.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
