Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a paid Management Internship in Wichita, KS. The program offers university students hands-on experience in management, including fleet operations, customer service, and leadership development.

You’ll work in a team-based environment and will tackle intern projects, with possible performance incentives and referrals. The internship lasts 10–12 weeks with a May start date and multiple office locations in Wichita.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university with a graduation date no later than May 2028
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start from the 1st day of training in May

Responsibilities

• As part of the Management Internship Program, you’ll be placed in the middle of operations to learn how to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• During the internship, you’ll complete intern projects and may participate in performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
