Working alongside maintenance leaders, planners, supervisors, engineers, and skilled craftspeople, you'll evaluate work processes, analyze maintenance data, and implement solutions that enhance productivity, standardization, and operational performance. Throughout the internship, you'll gain hands-on experience with maintenance planning and execution, preventive maintenance programs, SAP systems, digitalization initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. You'll lead and support projects that create measurable business value while developing a deeper understanding of how maintenance reliability directly impacts safety, production performance, and asset availability.
