Job summary

Stryker Group in Irvine, CA is seeking a Project Management Intern to support NPD governance and PMO activities. You will assist with data entry, metrics, and portfolio reporting while working cross-functionally with program, project, and portfolio managers to improve tools, workflows, and speed to execution.

Open to Bachelor’s or Master’s students in Business, Engineering, or related fields with a 3.0 GPA or higher; must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; must remain enrolled.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will assist with data entry, metrics, resource analysis, portfolio trend reporting, and will work cross-functionally with program, project, and portfolio managers to improve tools, workflows, and speed to execution.

Majors Targeted:

Supply Chain Management, Industrial & Operations Engineering, Business Administration, or related majors

What You Need

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, etc.); must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

$20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location
