Job summary

Stryker invites you to join the Project Management internship, where you will contribute to meaningful projects, support New Product Development (NPD) teams and the PMO through governance and portfolio execution.

You will gain hands-on experience with data entry, metrics, resource analysis, and portfolio trend reporting while collaborating with program, project, and portfolio managers to improve tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; must remain enrolled after the internship.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to collaborate and build relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Opportunities available

As a Project Management intern at Stryker, you will support New Product Development (NPD) teams and the Project Management Office (PMO) through NPD governance and portfolio execution. In this role, you will assist with data entry, metrics, resource analysis, portfolio trend reporting, and will work cross-functionally with program, project, and portfolio managers to improve tools, workflows, and speed to execution.

What you need

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

$20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location
