Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Project Management Intern to contribute to meaningful projects within the Project Management Office. You’ll participate in data entry, analysis, and metrics, while building relationships with program, project, and portfolio managers.

The internship offers pay: $20–$35 hourly, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays, and either corporate housing or a living stipend depending on location. You must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program and maintain a 3.0 GPA.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; must remain enrolled after internship.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn.

Opportunities Available

As aProject Management intern at Stryker, you will participate in the achievement of the Project Management Office's objectives through data entry, analysis, and metrics. A Project Management Intern builds strong relationships with program, project, and portfolio managers and works to understand their needs and processes that enable them. This includes contributing to development of tools and processes that provide value to the Project Management Office. This position provides direct support to teams across the governance organization to ensure the teams can focus on collaboration and increase speed to execution.

$20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location

What You Need

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
