Job summary

Ally invites rising college juniors and seniors to participate in an 11-week internship designed to bridge academics with real-world business. You will collaborate with diverse teams, gain hands-on exposure, and interact with senior leaders who guide your development.

Benefits include a market-competitive hourly pay, a sign-on bonus, and housing assistance for eligible interns. Successful interns may transition to full-time roles or additional internships based on timing and performance.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Major/Course of Study: Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on, project-based work with diverse teams across Ally.
• Interact with Ally's leadership and mentors throughout the internship.
• Lead an end-of-assignment presentation for stakeholders.
• 40 hours per week with a mix of in-office and remote days.
• Explore opportunities in Underwriting, Inventory, and Sales Analytics.
