Job summary

You’ll analyze data, support process improvements, and present your final project to senior leadership, building relationships across the bank as you learn with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Rising senior (Class of 2028) pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Interest in banking, financial services, business, technology, risk, compliance, analytics, or related areas.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to work full-time for the 10-week summer program.
• Technology skills: Microsoft Suite and Customers Bank applications; familiarity with AI/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• During this 10-week program, you’ll be embedded within a specific business area such as banking, risk, operations, finance, or technology working on projects that support real team objectives.
• Collaborate with fellow interns on a capstone project and other internships, participate in professional development programming, and engage with leaders across the organization.
• Analyze data, support process improvements, and assist with research.
• Present your final project and insights to senior leadership.
• Build relationships across the bank through networking and team activities.
