Job Description
Potential Responsibilities
  • Policies , Guidelines and Protocols : Provide administrative support in maintaining and organizing documentation related to policies, guidelines, and protocols.
  • Task Execution: Perform assigned tasks with diligence and attention to detail, gradually taking on more complex responsibilities as skills develop.
  • Project Support: Support ongoing projects by conducting research, preparing materials, and contributing to team efforts.
  • Analysis and Problem Solving : Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and other relevant topics, compiling findings into reports or presentations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to understand their functions and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
  • Learning & Development : Observe and learn from experienced professionals, understanding the day-to-day operations and challenges of the industry. If possible, attend related educational courses or training sessions offered by Ferrovial.
  • Administrative Support : Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
  • Improvement and Innovation: Identify areas for improvement within existing processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Minimum Requirements
  • Tracking to earn associate or bachelor's degree obtained from an accredited U.S. college or university.
  • Demonstrated qualities of leadership and hard work.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced environment; an eagerness to learn and apply skills to develop creative problem-solving designs/ideas
