Job summary

LPU Batangas in Victorville, CA seeks an undergraduate student to assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for ongoing engineering projects. You will support process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and safety while collaborating with operations, maintenance and quality teams.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment and updating SOPs, with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Undergrad student, full-time, in Supply Chain, Engineering, Materials, or related field.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; can manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to cross-functionally collaborate and be a self-starter.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP and PowerPoint.
• Work authorization in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and quality.
• Contribute to project planning, execution, and follow-up activities.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Undergraduate student currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university, majoring in Supply Chain, Engineering, Material Sciences, or related field.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills including listening, written, and verbal abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint.
• Work authorization in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation & Benefits

• $31.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid within first 30 days of employment.
