As a Data Analyst Intern you will report to the Data Analytics Senior Manager.
You will support American Family’s Operational Shared Services teams by transforming data into meaningful insights that help improve performance across contact centers, underwriting, and customer and policy servicing operations. In this role, you’ll work with a variety of data sources to gather, extract, analyze, and visualize information that supports business decisions, uncovers trends, and drives operational improvements.
You’ll gain hands‑on experience preparing and validating data, building dashboards and reports, and translating complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business partners. You’ll also have opportunities to support data cleansing, manipulation, and basic modeling efforts that help improve workflow efficiency, service outcomes, and overall business performance.
This internship is ideal for a curious, analytical problem‑solver who is excited about using data to enhance customer and employee experiences in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gain exposure to real‑world business challenges, and develop skills that will support a future career in data analytics.
Compensation Minimum: $25.00
Compensation Maximum: $39.00
This is a hybrid role based out of the Madison, WI Corporate office.
