Under supervision you will work on projects that support business area goals and results, completing tasks with both interpersonal and technical skills.

You will gain exposure to the organization's processes, culture and structure, and contribute analytical work while adapting to changing situations in a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university.
• Must have completed 24 semester hours before the first work term.

Under the direction of a senior level employee or manager the individual will work on projects that support the business area goals and results. Completes tasks using both interpersonal and technical skills appropriate to the specific job assignment, while adapting to new or changing situations in a team environment.Primary Accountabilities• Develop an understanding of the organization’s business environments, corporate culture and structure to support work initiatives.• Open to and supports new ideas, systems and procedures.
