Highmark Health is offering the Summer 2027 Enterprise Risk Strategy Undergraduate Internship. This program provides hands-on experience supporting enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, and strategic planning in a complex healthcare environment.

As a member of the Enterprise Risk Strategy team, you will work alongside risk professionals and leaders to strengthen the ERM framework, participate in risk assessments, reporting, and governance activities, and develop practical skills

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program (full or part-time).
• Pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, business management, or related healthcare disciplines.
• Interest in enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise risk reporting and documentation activities.
• Research emerging risks and industry trends relevant to healthcare.
• Maintain risk-related data and reporting tools used by the ERM team.
• Assist with risk assessments and risk taxonomy development.
• Prepare presentations and executive-level materials for risk governance.
• Contribute to strategic projects across Enterprise Risk & Governance.
