Job summary

Simon-Kucher is seeking a candidate for an MBA-leaning role in its North American Growth team. You will work on commercial growth, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization, collaborating with client teams across major markets in the US.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, financial modeling, and effective communication of insights to senior stakeholders. Required are 3+ years of experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a track record in pricing or business strategy.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a May-June 2028 graduation date and ability to intern for 9 weeks from June 7 – August 6, 2027.
• 3+ years of full-time professional experience, preferably in consulting, change management, continuous improvement, project management, pricing, marketing, sales, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and solving complex business problems, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges and develop clear, actionable recommendations using quantitative, conceptual, and analytical approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial growth strategies including go-to-market, product launches, and sales effectiveness initiatives.
• Use data-driven insights to identify new revenue opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Design and implement commercial models aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze pricing data, customer needs and behaviors, and market trends to drive pricing strategies.
• Prepare compelling client presentations and facilitate workshops to drive adoption of recommendations.
