Simon-Kucher is seeking a high-energy professional to join our North America team in a role focused on commercial strategy, pricing, and revenue growth. You will work with specialized teams across multiple industries to optimize client profitability and growth trajectories.

You will develop strategies, analyze pricing structures, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in business, statistics, economics, marketing, finance, math, or related field.
• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a May-June 2028 graduation date and able to intern for 9 weeks from June 7 – August 6, 2027.
• 3+ years of full-time professional experience in consulting, change management, continuous improvement, project management, pricing, marketing, or related field.
• Strong quantitative and data analysis capabilities; able to work hands-on with data, including structuring datasets and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Strategic and commercial mindset with interest in business growth, pricing, sales, and revenue strategy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to synthesize complex analyses and present to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with AI tools, SQL, Python is a plus.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization for U.S. office locations; CPT/OPT restrictions apply.

Responsabilidades

• Work in specialized, high-energy teams tackling questions in commercial strategy, pricing, and sales; gain deep industry expertise and help clients optimize revenue models and growth strategies.
• Develop and implement Commercial Growth Strategies: support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and sales initiatives; use data-driven insights to identify opportunities.
• Master pricing: analyze data, market trends, optimize pricing structures and discounting models.
• Turn analysis into actionable recommendations: conduct research, develop financial models, segmentation analyses, and pricing simulations; ensure practical adoption.
• Communicate insights and drive change: craft presentations, participate in client workshops, drive buy-in and adoption.
• Thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture with mentorship, continuous learning, and belonging.
