Job summary

Simon-Kucher in the United States is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern for the Americas Division (MBA). You will join high-energy teams across pricing, strategy, and sales to help clients grow revenue and profitability during a 9-week internship from June to August 2027.

You're currently in an MBA program (May–June 2028 graduates preferred) with strong quantitative skills, Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in business, statistics, economics, marketing, finance, math, or related field.
• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a May–June 2028 graduation date and able to intern for 9 weeks (June 7 – August 6, 2027).
• 3+ years of full-time professional experience preferred in consulting, pricing, marketing, or related field.
• Strong ability to analyze complex problems and develop actionable recommendations using quantitative, conceptual, and analytical approaches.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools, SQL, Python is a plus.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization for U.S. office locations; CPT/OPT restrictions noted.

Your profile:

• Has an undergraduate and/or graduate degree from anaccredited university/college in business, statistics, economics,marketing, finance, math, or related business field.
• Currently enrolled in a MBA program with a May-June2028 graduation date and ability to intern for 9 weeks from June 7 –August 6, 2027.
• 3+years of full-time professional experience, preferably in consulting, changemanagement, continuous improvement, project management, pricing, marketing,sales, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and solving complexbusiness problems, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges anddevelop clear, actionable recommendations using quantitative, conceptual,and analytical approaches.
• Strong quantitative and data analysis capabilities,with the ability to work hands‑on with data, including structuring andanalyzing datasets and translating findings into actionable businessinsights. Comfort working with pricing models, sales data, and financialmetrics is preferred.
• Strategic and commercial mindset, with a stronginterest in business growth, pricing, sales, and revenue strategy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with theability to synthesize complex analyses, articulate key insights, anddevelop compelling recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required;experience with AI tools, SQL, Python, or other data and analytics toolsis a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable takingownership in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The pay range for this position is $82-$87/hr. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs.
