Qualifications
Current student in junior/senior year or graduate program in civil/structural engineering, architecture, or related field.
Excellent verbal, graphical, and written communication skills.
Interest in forensic engineering and existing structures.
Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and work ethic.
Responsibilities
Assist on-site investigations, condition assessments, and construction observations, documenting distress, field testing, data collection and site reports.
Organize field data and research building codes and design guidelines to facilitate analysis and repair design.
Perform analysis under licensed professionals using software and engineering calculations.
Assist with preparation of preliminary and final client deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and written reports.
