Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly reports across our third‑party platforms, providing insights to drive performance and ensure accuracy with reports like Wendy's SmartScale reports.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with third‑party vendors to grow sales and order point‑of‑purchase (POP) elements.
• Support daily operations by monitoring third‑party platforms and providing store assistance. You will also respond to guest feedback on all digital platforms.
• Assist with the delivery of key strategic projects, including third‑party launches and website site creation support.
