What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities may include:

• Reporting & Analysis: Deliver weekly reports across our third-party platforms, providing insights to drive performance and ensure accuracy with reports like Wendy's SmartScale reports.
• Marketing & Sales: Coordinate marketing efforts with third-party vendors to grow sales and order point-of-purchase (POP) elements.
• Operational Support: Support daily operations by monitoring third-party platforms and providing store assistance. You will also respond to guest feedback on all digital platforms.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Skills: You should have strong analytical skills and a working knowledge of third-party systems. Experience with Excel is required.
• Soft Skills: You must be an excellent communicator and problem‑solver that demonstrates strong emotional intelligence. You should also be passionate, driven, and able to work well within a team.
• Experience: Previous food service experience, particularly in a quick-service or casual dining environment, is preferred.
• Qualities: We're looking for an individual with strong organizational skills who can multi‑task and hit the ground running in a hands‑on role.
