Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and controls framework.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and ability to translate business needs.
• Motivated, initiative and strong relationship-building.
• Completion of Intermediate Financial Accounting and Introduction to Tax.
• Prior experience with multiple technology systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workpapers for wholly owned entities, subsidiary financial statements and Joint Venture results.
• Perform internal financial, operational, compliance, and strategic audits.
• Review and evaluate internal controls for adequacy and effectiveness.
• Prepare and distribute Joint Venture financial results.
• Establish trust and productive relationships with field personnel and partners.
• Inspect accounts and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with accountants, supervisors and managers.
• Prepare journal entries.
