You will help design, instrument, and build out advanced laboratory capabilities to support a new generation of enrichment technology, working with experienced engineers and scientists on hands‑on technical work across laboratory systems and experimental operations. Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Familiarity with mass spectrometry techniques and analytical instrumentation.
• Experience with sample digestion, titration, precipitation methods.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments and learn quickly.
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mass spectrometry analysis (ICP-MS, TIMS, SIMS).
• Support chemical process monitoring for quality and safety.
• Develop and validate sample preparation, digestion, and separation techniques.
• Interpret mass spectrometry results with process engineers and ops support.
• Maintain adherence to radiation protection and safety protocols.
• Support projects to improve fuel cycle efficiency and waste minimization.
