Job summary

Koch Business Solutions, LP is seeking innovative Business Systems Analyst Interns to work with business and technology teams. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and help translate business objectives into technology-enabled solutions during a 12-week program.

You will gain hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting data analysis and dashboard development, and contributing to solution delivery in a dynamic business environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree in MIS, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related technical field with at least one semester or term remaining after the internship
• Eligible for full-time work by August 2028
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and the ability to leverage AI responsibly to support research, analysis, problem-solving and productivity
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa transfer or visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Gather and document requirements and support technology initiatives
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
• Collaborate with software developers, project teams, and business users to support solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Present findings and project results to stakeholders and leadership teams
