Job summary

Ardmore Roderick seeks an Aviation Program Management Intern for Summer 2027 to join our team at O’Hare International Airport in Chicago. The role will involve collaborating with on-site engineers and project managers to support diverse aviation infrastructure projects.

The internship offers hands-on experience in program management, design review, and schedule development, with potential for hybrid work depending on client and project needs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.
• Team player with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with on-site team for program tasks.
• Support Project Managers with stakeholder coordination, interface management and reporting.
• Assist with preparation of project details across phases.
• Provide technical support on design project delivery methods and contracts.
• Interface with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team.
• Assist in managing the design of multi-discipline projects.
