Job summary

Ardmore Roderick is seeking an Aviation Program Management Intern for Summer 2027 to join our team on-site at O’Hare International Airport, with potential hybrid work depending on client needs. You will support project managers in coordinating tasks, design reviews, and project delivery across multiple phases.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a four-year degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture, with strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or Architecture from an accredited university.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good to great organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with on-site team for program assigned tasks.
• Support Project Managers with stakeholder coordination, interface management, design and construction oversight, value engineering, reporting, and risk assessments.
• Assist with preparation of project details across phases and with development of schedules and cost elements.
• Provide technical support on design project delivery methods and contract packages.
• Interface with DEI team and assist in multi-discipline project design.
• Prepare Task Order Service Request documentation and respond to RFIs.
