Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking candidates for their New Grad Summer Residency Program for Registered Nurses at the University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus. This program begins in Summer 2026 and is designed to enhance patient care while empowering new graduates with a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas RN Licensure or will obtain in Summer 2026.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
• Telemetry, ICU and PCU need ACLS certification.
• Specific Certifications required within one year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safe patient care delivery for diverse populations.
• Assess patient/family needs and develop care plans.
• Collect and analyze patient health data.
• Engage patients/families in the care process.
