Job summary

Levy at Levi's Stadium is seeking a Suite Supervisor to ensure suites are prepared before guest arrival and to uphold established food presentation and quantities. You will coordinate with suite attendants and culinary staff to deliver a premium guest experience.

This role emphasizes guest relations, efficient setup, and teamwork in a fast-paced stadium environment. A minimum of one year in leadership and the ability to lift 20 lbs, plus walk/stand for long shifts, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for up to 12 hours.

Summary

Ensures that suites are set-up prior to guest arrival and that established food presentation and quantities are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures all suites in designated area are properly set before guests arrive.


• Works closely with suite attendants and culinary staff to ensure proper presentation and set food quantities are met.


• Develops a positive rapport with guests.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.


• Ability to walk and stand for up to 12 hours.
