Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Suites Expeditor to coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house communications, ensuring orders are cooked in the correct order and presented to guests efficiently. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and high-end service within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading food runners, maintaining food temperatures, and upholding sanitation standards while aligning with the venue’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Two to three years working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant.
• Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work extended hours including late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation.
• Ensures proper food temperatures are maintained and items are accurately delivered.
• Responsible for safety standards, neatness and sanitation of work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen including shelves, walls, floors and drains.
• Participates as a team player with responsibilities related to preparation, service and delivery of product.
• Handles and cleans kitchen equipment carefully and safely to prevent damage or injury.
• Adheres to company guidelines for appearance and uniform standards.
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation: $29.12/ph

Union Membership: This position is represented by Unite Here Local 11. Please note that union dues are required as part of membership.

Physical Requirements: Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Able to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 20 lbs. Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
