Job summary

Sporting Kansas City is seeking a self-motivated Suite Sales Manager to sell and service premium suites for KC matches and events. You will lead outreach, renewals, and upgrades while building strong client relationships with club holders and partners.

The role requires energy, a strategic mindset, and outstanding communication skills. You will work with the Sales & Service team to execute proactive outreach, manage contracts and payments, and attend home games to represent the club

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, sports management, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of professional sales and service experience.
• Premium Sales Account Executive experience in the sports industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to establish solid business relationships.
• Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and sell multi-year, partial-year, and single-match suites.
• Fulfill suite holder requests via email, phone, and in-person; manage invoicing and payments.
• Create suite holder agreements and update contracts and invoices as needed.
• Serve as the primary contact for suites; liaison between Services Team and other groups.
• Strengthen relationships with suite and club holders to generate new opportunities.
• Develop sales and service strategies to increase retention and new business.
• Communicate information to suite holders via email and other channels.
• Attend daily/weekly Sales Team meetings and trainings; perform 40+ touchpoints daily.
• Generate weekly meetings at Children’s Mercy Park and off-site to boost engagement.
