Roles include setting up and replenishing food and beverage stations, greeting guests, and collaborating with the team to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Flexibility for event-based duties is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

• Deliver exceptional guest service in suites and club areas, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Set up, maintain, and replenish food, beverage, and service stations throughout events.
• Greet guests professionally and respond promptly to requests and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of suites, clubs, and service areas before, during, and after events.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards and food safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to supervisors.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and other duties as assigned.
