Compass Group USA is hiring a Server to deliver exceptional guest service at our events. You will ensure accurate, efficient food and beverage service in a clean, hospitality-focused environment across stadiums, entertainment and venues.

Qualifications

• Food Safety and TABC certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout events.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer menu questions, make recommendations, and anticipate guest needs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests to ensure a premium experience.
• Verify order accuracy, food quality and presentation before service.
• Follow alcohol service laws and company policies.
• Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling and POS procedures.
• Set up and maintain clean dining, suite, and service areas before, during, and after events.
• Restock food, beverages, supplies, and service equipment as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, runners, pantry staff, and supervisors to support operations.
• Complete side work and closing duties while maintaining premium presentation.
• Protect guest property and represent the venue professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain clean dining, suite, and service areas before, during, and after events.
• Restock food, beverages, supplies, and service equipment as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, runners, pantry staff, and supervisors to support smooth event operations.
• Complete side work, cleaning, restocking, and closing duties and maintain premium presentation standards, including Chef's Table displays.
• Protect guest property and represent the venue professionally while delivering a world-class guest experience.
