TownePlace Suites is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector / Assistant to ensure suites meet cleanliness, comfort, and Marriott brand standards. The role blends room inspections with training responsibilities and supports the Executive Housekeeper in daily operations and leadership tasks.

Primary duties include inspecting rooms with full kitchens, coaching room attendants, coordinating with Front Desk for check-ins, and logging maintenance issues to keep properties running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hotel housekeeping experience; supervisory or inspection experience preferred.
• Strong eye for cleanliness, organization and presentation, especially kitchens.
• Clear verbal communication with guests, staff and hotel departments.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and push heavy carts for an 8‑hour shift.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as occupancy requires.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest suites daily with emphasis on full kitchens to ensure cleanliness and brand standards.
• Support and train room attendants and housepersons; provide feedback and re-cleaning when needed.
• Coordinate room status with Front Desk for smooth check‑ins and early arrivals.
• Log maintenance issues using Marriott systems for prompt resolution.
• Monitor inventory of linens, chemicals and kitchen supplies; assist ordering.
