Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Suite Food Runners to join our team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. As a Food Runner, you will expedite food from the kitchen to guests and support the presentation of courses. Training and mentorship are offered to grow your hospitality skills.

This is a tipped position with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits overview available. You will work evenings, weekends, and events in a dynamic stadium setting, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience or training as a Runner or Busser.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-shift briefing, noting important service information.
• Collaborate with Chef, kitchen team, and servers to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food; assist with presentation of courses.
• Complete any required table-side service, including taking and delivering orders and explaining the menu to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations; identify items by appearance.
• Maintain kitchen and suites cleanliness and organization.

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Suite Food Runners to join our team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for expediting food from the kitchen to our guests as quickly as possible.

Please note that this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Pay

$17.00 - $17.00 / hour

What will you do?

More about you

• At least 1 year of experience or training as a Runner or Busser with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions; may include walking up and down stairs

• Ability to lift to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up

• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners

• Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
